Taranaki is home to many family-owned and operated businesses and that’s certainly the case for Franko and Cassey Galley who are second-generation owners of their family-run business.
Spudz stocks restaurants, cafes, resthomes, schools, caterers, and more with their impressive range of fresh fruit and vegetables sourced from local growers. They also have a small retail space with all the essentials for their loyal local customers.
Our lawyers have proudly supported the Galleys over the decades with all their legal needs. From their first home back in 2016 to establishing and managing their Family Trust, purchasing the family business, and just this year, facilitating the purchase of the Spudz building itself - it's been a joy to assist and celebrate these milestones with their whānau along the way.

Iconic Eatery Changes Ownership
David and Sheryl Stones aka local legends in the hospo scene, sold the Good Home last month wrapping up 13 years in business, and a total of 38 years in hospitality.
We're proud to have acted for the Stones throughout their impressive journey from the Good Home's first roots, to this ending of an era with the business sale.
